Shanda has been involved in real estate since she moved to California in 1989. She was raised in Tennessee and attended Chattanooga State College where she majored in marketing.

Shanda's favorite aspect of being a Realtor; is the genuine relationships she has developed through her many referrals. She understands that the best compliment is a satisfied client who shares their good real estate experience with a friend. She also loves working for a company whose reputation and commitment to the community soar high above the rest. Shanda's clients and co-workers appreciate her real estate knowledge and her southern charm.

Shanda has consistently been a member of the Masters Club with her high sales volume. She is full of energy and enthusiasm and is driven to taking care of her clients; needs throughout the entire process. Shanda's reputation has given her a large number of repeat clients and referrals.
